How do you make yourself go regularly?

I go to OT twice a week and can’t do more than that because partially lazy and also work schedule.

But every time before my class I always clash with myself because I don’t want to go.

I ask myself “have I ever regretted going to a class and having a good workout? No, never. I have only regretted skipping it. So i have to go”. Every time. I have to come with good excuses on why I should not skip it.

Meanwhile I know some people from my classes that go multiple times a week and they really enjoy it. It’s almost like a sex for them. I think I’m probably mildly depressed which is why I need to go, but also it’s what makes me wanna skip it. It’s a vicious cycle.

How do you schedule contributions integrations like Fidelity?

Integrations like Retirement contributions, health FSA contributions, etc that pull amounts from Payroll. Do you schedule them or run manually each time payroll is closed? We are about to go live and we still don’t have a clear answer from our implementation partner. It seems like we would have to launch them manually for pay periods. We have multiple retirement plans and two pay schedule(semi monthly and bi weekly). So it might be manual is best approach but we are not 100% sure yet.
