New to claims. Any advice?
I started as a Casualty Claims adjuster with LM two months ago, just finished training completed nesting phase. And now I am handling claims of my own so far I’ve been swamped with claims and I’m having a hard time trying to manage my workload.
I don’t wanna just get frustrated and quit while I’m new to this. I actually want to at least get decent at it before I decide to like it or leave. Is there anybody who have had this experience struggling in the beginning of their claims career? If so, any advice?
