G'day everyone, I am looking at buy a 4x4 SUV in the next 3 to 4 years. My savings goal (or budget) is $20k to $40k, I would like a used vehicle 2017 to 2022 (very flexible). I currently have my eyes on the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport or (just) Pajero, Isuzu MUX and Toyota Prado. I am looking for a second opinion on whether purchasing a top trim used Pajero Sport is worth getting or are there better 4x4 SUV vehicles I should consider

. I do like the Pajero Sport and I am aware of its issues regards to DPF and etc. I am curious on how capable it is in off-roading and I want to do a Sydney to Cape York trip one day and I'm curious if this rig is capable for that trip.
