Happy 4th - Goat Cheesecake

Finally made the goat cheesecake! I used Biscoff for the crust, and even though water seeped through during the water bath, I’m hoping the crust isn’t too soggy 🥺. I made a strawberry/raspberry jam and then layered a bunch of berries. Also if you have any tips and how to avoid my crust sticking to the springform that would be great, thank you! 💙❤️
