I know many employees have gotten used to this by now after months. This is not a complaint, but a general curiosity. Why were they removed? Do they expect product that is still good to be thrown away? I know that one of managers biggest hurdles is food cost. How is this change not warned about or how to follow through? I am thoroughly confused?
