I am moving from 9mg up to 25mg in about a week. I have only done once month of each dose as i have found very little effects until 9mg. Which only lost 4-5 pounds as previous two months i lose about 2 pounds. This has mostly been with me calorie counting to ensure I'm in a deficit and I'm still experiencing a lot of food noise.

Has anyone else seen success on 25mg after not much on 9mg and before?

I am diagnosed with PMOS (PCOS) and thinking its causing me to hold onto weight more and having bigger issues on losing weight.

I am also curious how others are increasing their vitamin and protein intake when they are losing weight to ensure its done healthily.

I wanted to share a bit of my experience and see if anyone else has advice.

Background:

I started this journey to help reduce food noise and get my PCOS under control so I don't have to be on birth control the rest of my life. I have always had a hard time losing weight unless i completely change my life. And even when i do this. I still end up losing only 10-20 pounds. I finally found something that worked for me and it was a high fat diet with low carbs. I was closing in on 210 but due to this diet I ended up with gallstones and needed an emergency surgery to remove it. Now, i spent time trying to rebalance my diet and ended up gaining 20 pounds the last year or so.

I started the pill because I couldn't imagine injecting myself weekly. The pill HAS stopped so much food noise and i notice a difference in my cravings. I usually am able to ignore them or eat less then i use to. I still struggle with over eating on 1.5mg and 4mg. I am really hopeful when i increase to 9mg and 25mg i am able to really lose weight. I also have started doing strength training along with cardio about twice a week. I have been tracking my calories in an app as well and know I'm eating more than i should. I am for sure getting discouraged after 2 months of adjusting my life and paying for this medication to need to spend even more a month to hopefully see results. I will say my symptoms have been really mild. And mostly are in line with my symptoms of not having a gallbladder. I am more nauseous i think since starting but also allergies get to me too .

I am feeling stronger since I've been working out . I recently got measurements of myself and want to compare them today to see if i loss inches instead of pounds.

Has anyone else seen a dramatic increase in weight loss when moving up to 9mg and 25mg? Am i doing anything wrong? Any advice that has helped?
