My friend lived in Key West for many years and says the water now gives many people health issues. Obviously the ocean is much more polluted than years past, does swimming cause many people problems? Thanks

I have many interests, and been told I'm trying to spread myself too thin. I'm self employed and realize my time should be spent there.. but I'm also a guitarist and huge reader so should I prioritize time accordingly? Thinking I'm going to give up watching tv as it just give short term happiness. Thanks!
