Just did turkey burgers
Ground turkey, mayo, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, bread crumbs, salt and olive oil. Formed into patties and seasoned with Danos premium steak seasoning. Put them in zip locks and dropped them in 145 for 1.5 hours. Pulled them out, patted them down, and seared on the grill for 60 seconds each side.
Other than texture, tough to tell the difference between these and beef burgers.
Trust me, I love my burgers but these were damn good for a diet substitute.
