Potatoes cooled and reheated like pasta?

As in the title, anyone know if cooking, cooling and reheating potatoes makes resistant starch or whatever it does when you do the same to pasta?

And not intended to be rude, but yes I’m well aware it’s still a high GI food. I’m nit asking for low carb advice.

Thanks!

Has anyone who couldn’t tolerate Ozempic been ok with MJ?

Hi all- pretty much the title. I did Oz and lost a good 30lbs but dear GOD it was hell- ended in some disgusting disgusting things which I won’t mention except for the smells coming off me has me lose some clients.

Anyone had more success with MJ? Or maybe a generic OZ?

Who remembers:

Lime Ricky’s

Chi-Chis

I believe it was called The Mad Hatter birthday parties where they picked you up in a hearse- and what happened there stayed there!!!

The Organ Grinder (Spaghetti factory still exists lol)

Mr Greenjeans

Skyriders for birthday parties

Smurf land at Wonderland

Hannah Barbara at Wonderland

And when you got older

Tattoo- the trashy bar/club that you could get a tattoo at 😂😂😂

And the few years where every bar got busted for recycling beer 🤨👎

I’m Ozzie- I’m 18 years old and happy as a clam!

Hi! I’m Ozzie. I’m 18 years old, and am living my best life. I love to sit on, be hugged by and generally be with my Mummy who has had me since I was 3 weeks old. I still play with my toys, chase laser, and watch catnip bubbles Mummy blows with me. I also have a spare human- he’s ‘aight.

I’ve been pretty healthy my whole life- a few UTIs and mild IBS/IBD. I’m full of piss and vinegar as one of my nemisis’s, the Dr, loved to say.

Now I was stage 1-2 kidney disease and moderate hypothyroidism. I also get bouts of pancreatitis. But I love when Mummy or spare human rub my ears with the “medicine” while singing “This is the way we rub the ears,” and I am enjoying my recent change to Royal Canin Renal- I get all three dry foods rotated! I also love my Science Diet k/D wet.

Ok, gotta go see what Mummy is up-to now!

EDIT: Hi it’s me Oz again. Thanks for all the love! I mean I deserve it but it’s good to feel recognized for how great I am…

Professional Development especially Dyscalculia Tutor Training

Hi all. This is going to sound like spam but it’s not- I’m very active here.

Anyhoo- I came across this site while looking for summer quick PD I could do.

https://dyscalculiatutortraining.org

Dyscalculia Tutor Training—

Has anyone taken this course? Was it helpful? Doable? Did it translate well for easing clients minds?

Anyone have any training courses that would be remote, universal and helpful? I’d be looking specifically for ADHD, processing, IB/Gifted and Dyscalculia.

But I’m sure others would appreciate any other certs…

Thanks!
