Poultry Overload Send Help

Hi, so I have a surplus of chicken (most of which is frozen and I have plans for) however, I ran into the grocery store the other day mid-monsoon and left my list in the car and panic purchased ANOTHER rotisserie chicken. I just need some ideas on what I can do with this, aside from the obvious eat it as it is option. I’ll be using the *other chicken in freezer for nuggets and thighs for whatever so some variety would be nice seeing as I’m going to be eating chicken for the foreseeable future. TIA
