Raptors - take a chance on Kyrie, get a good defensive big man and get off the Poetl contract.

Mavs - get IQ, who while overpayed is decent, and acquire picks to help build around Flagg. Poetl is a bad deal but by the time the Mavs are contending the contract will be near its end and easier to get rid of.
