Basically, the phone is stuck in a doomed loop. The core system files are so badly corrupted that even after a factory wipe, the phone has absolutely nothing to boot into.

​Because it can't find a working operating system, the hardware panics and immediately reboots right back into recovery mode to try the reset all over again—locking the device into an endless cycle of restarting and wiping.

any advice or help would be nice.
