What is coming out of my uterus?

I have well-behaved fibroids, thanks to 2 uterine fibroid embolizations (UFE) and taking 5 mg of norethindrone daily.

I recently paused the norethindrone to see where my body was perimenopause wise, and it was a huge mistake. By the time I realized I needed to be back on the medication, I had to go up to 20 mg to manage the bleeding. Four months later, the volume has greatly decreased, but I am still passing mystery globs with what looks like hard white paint chips attached.

Had anyone had any experience with passing something similar looking? I’m wondering if it is related to fibroids or else the higher dose of norethindrone?
