I opened the Chase IHG Business Premier credit card last month. My status updated the next day to Platinum Elite. Here I am a month later and my 4th night free on award bookings isn’t activated. Both IHG and Chase confirmed the benefit isn’t populating for me. They keep saying they’ll escalate the issue but nothing has been fixed. I’m trying to book a Kimpton for spring break and I know it will sell out for points bookings. Has anyone else had this happen? How long did it actually take to resolve? Any work arounds?
