Intake Breathing Review

Hello everyone! Following my recent success using Intake Breathing nasal strips as a treatment alternative to my sleep apnea and snoring problems, I figured I would share my results and findings with more people to potentially help others improve like I did.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea around four years ago after I decided to get a sleep study done after my friends and family complained about how bad my snoring had become in addition to me noticing my reduced sleep quality and dry mouth in the mornings. I was assigned a CPAP and tried to use it for around 3 months but gave up after I struggled to gain consistency using it due to how uncomfortable it made me feel when going to bed. I would routinely rip it off while half asleep due to how uncomfortable it made me feel.

Fast forward to this year and I had a renewed interest in treating my sleep apnea due to me noticing my poor sleep quality continuing to decline which was now affecting me during the day where I noticed I was struggling to stay awake during a normal work day. In addition, my fiancé could no longer stand my awful snoring and encouraged me to try out a treatment again.

I found Intake Breathing through Instagram ads (Shocking I know) but decided to give them a shot since people reported reduced snoring by using them and the logic seemed sound to me. I got my strips and the results were near instant for me. My fiancé reported that any time I use them, my snoring is completely gone unless the sticker peels off during the night. In addition, after a month of consistently using them, I notice that I am less tired during the day and getting better sleep quality than years past. A final benefit is that my dry mouth during sleep is reduced greatly as well when I wake up after a night's sleep.

The main drawback to this brand seems to be price of magnet sticker refills is pretty high considering how many come per pack and what they really are material wise. However, there are alternative suppliers and ways at getting more use out of them as well to extend their life. Overall, this product has been a huge win and life changer for me as someone who struggled to use my CPAP. It may not work for everyone, but it was enough to eliminate my excessive snoring and sleep apnea if you want to try this product for yourself.

Disaster comes in threes..

Hello again everybody! I just wanted to share a crazy moment from the game I just had. In the span of minutes, the following three disasters hit me at once:

-A big riot broke out on my main island, happiness had only recently dropped to the red level

-Voada raided my main Albion island with a large amount of troops landing

-My escort mission went south losing all five of my ships sent

I was able to recover pretty well with the exception of my lost ships, but it was a pretty stressful and challenging time for sure. Has this series of disasters hitting all at once happened to anyone else? If so would you mind sharing your experience?
