Losing 7kg in 3.5 months
i used to be 49kg in 2015, then 58-59kg in 2018-2019. at the start of the year, i have hit all time high, 66.67kg. i have never been so heavy before. man, i was in panic mode and i have decided to run my ass off!
one of the reason why i have started to run is because my friends who are mother of 2, have been a great motivation for me to keep fit. i guess i am ashamed that i have put on weight and no longer active.
i started with hiking. it was therapeutic and calming. then i decided to wake up earlier to start to run. ha ha ha. who am i kidding... of course i struggled. badly...... all i could do was jog and walk.
