I’m just a simple girl who loves to read a library book by a body of water (even if it’s the nasty French Broad and I can’t get in it)! My two favorite spots were Hominy Creek River Park and High 5 on the river but as far as I know both are still out of commission. Does anyone have a recommendation for a park that’s near the water that’s has room for a girl, her picnic blanket, and a book? And has anyone been back over to hominy creek river park and know what that’s looking like these days? Thank you everyone!!
