H1b older cases Nebraska center

Is there anyone that get an approval from Nebraska center. I filled for premium processing On January 2nd 2026, received NOID January 9th, response received on February 3rd and the case has been processing since Feb 4th. Is there anyone that has received approval with this timeline.

Note: I am from one of the 39 banned countries, 1st time H1b application.
