im trying to give an outfit i made some weight paint, and no matter how small i make the paints, it still drags the coat with the movements. how on earth do i stop this?? the coat even moves when I move just the wrist, i have no idea how this is happening
so, i'm trying to texture the hat band, but the band looks like this in the UV editing map?? its the whole top of the hat. what do i do??i cant seprate them, or at least, i donno how.. this is very confusing to me.
SO, im doing his coat and i think its looking good, but how the heck do i make it curved instead of this straight point without manually having to move each vertex/edge manually?

my friend has an avatar with this asset added on, but the Dino, obstacles and other things (clouds and ground) aren't matching the background. was wondering if there's a way to fix this?
if this isn't the place to ask this, what other places can I ask?
