New to trying to put together a build and have been Messing around with the customs builder feature but what is the difference here if they’re all 9070s?

Been an Xbox guy forever but i am Looking at taking advantage of the Memorial Day sales to get my first PC is this worth the buy? Or Should I look at other options instead? I play arc raiders, CoD, Diablo 4, overwatch and a good mix of other things. I’d like to hopefully be able to some productivity things like editing short drone videos and I have read intel builds are generally better for productivity but I believe I’ll be using it more for gaming than editing which is why I’m leaning towards AMD but I’m open to hearing opinions. Frankly I don’t know a ton about computers and I’ve tried to do some research to fix that but it’s a whole lot of info coming at me quick and deciphering it all to make a purchase that I’ll be happy with has been a slow process.
