CCW Grip Recommendations

I want to switch grips but already have a holster that fits the stock grip. What grips do yall recommend that dont need a new holster? Id prefer to keep the grip polymer so it stays light but i can be convinced to change that. Bonus points if i can put a radian backstrap on the grip too but its not required.

For budget id like to stay under $200 but if i really like it i can do up to $300

Other upgrade suggestions are welcome too thank you for your time.

Help Concealing

Im very new to conceal carrying and was wondering if theres a way to lessen how much the belt and holster protrude and stick out when looking from the side.

The first 2 i am concealing and it looks fine from the front but from the side i look a bit larger than i do when im not carrying which is pictured in the last 2 pictures. Is that just a thing that i need to deal with and hope people dont notice or am i just doing something wrong? Ive tried moving the belt buckle to the side and other tips ive seen but they dont seem to work.

For reference im about 6' and am trying to carry a Canik TP9 Elite SC appendix. I can post a picture of the holster and handgun in the comments if necessary. Any help would be appreciated.
