Hello everyone, I am running the Meta ads for my dentist, and I realize that there seems to be some problem with the Lead pixel event not firing. It seems there are some restrictions in terms of tracking in the field of healthcare.
So now I am puzzled as to how I should optimize form fills.

Even if we stop the existing high spender creatives (we paused coz cpl getting higher), the same problem repeats for remainig and CPL increases.

If we introduce new creatives batch, then for 2-3 days, everything is goes okay, but later on, performance starts declines.

Is this problem being faced by others too?
What is the testing strategy that is working after Andromeda now (may 2026)?
I would be really happy to hear from people who are scaling well currently.
