This place sucks. Having to hide that I’m a fag sucks. Being raised evangelical sucks. I left the church years and years ago and my mind is still plagued by all kinds of patriarchal, Protestant bullshit.

Everybody I know is some flavor of lib, an outright fascist, or actively tries to ignore what is going on the world. This place makes me feel more isolated with every year that passes.
