The amount of people defending Graham Platner and are completely dismissing the allegations is disgusting

The comrade who is speaking in the video is Marxist Leninist content creator Lilyeagla on Instagram. She’s great you should check her out! She’s also with the PSL (Party of Socialism and Liberation).

Perspective On the Datemaxxing - Episode 234

Hey everyone I hope you are well. I know this is late but I just finished the episode. I feel like it was really lukewarm advise for a communist podcast. It felt like only very basic issues were discussed that can generally be found elsewhere.

I was hoping that they would touch on the idea of navigating the dating world from the perspective of a marxist. Like is it ok If your partner is does not care about politics? Or in other words is a normie who wants to go for brunch on the weekends and is looking forward to a trip to Japan.

Further, how important is political ideology? From time perspective you have to read, attend protests and etc. It not like a hobby that can just be tolerated. To illustrate Oct 7 was amongst a cause that people broke up. Also can relations work between a communist and someone who works at HR. Is it fair to expect them to bail you out if you are arrested at a protest or cancel weekend plans because Ben Gvir is visiting. I know you can have friends that you can relate to politically but your partner has to at least understand why you are putting energy into. These are the question that I felt were more complicated. As a young person in the movement who is trying to find their place in the what we are building and navigate the cannibalizing techno capitalism a lot of these questions are rarely discussed.

Maybe people here can add their input. Maybe some people who became political later in life how did your partner reach to this sudden change?

Sorry for the rant.

@iamblakeley is a disgusting Graham Platner supporter

In the video "My Thoughts on Graham Platner " @iamblakeley defends Graham Platner after rape allegations.

#Edit

These are the allegations from 4 weeks ago. I didn't know about the new allegations when I posted this.

I checked the YouTube and TikTok accounts of @iamblakeley and they haven't made any statements on the new allegations. I think it's safe to assume that they still are a Graham Platner supporter.

#Edit

@iamblakeley pronouns are they/them. I noticed that some people in the comments accidentally used the wrong pronouns because they just didn't know.
