I’m level 23 and have been trying to level up quickly by scrapping monsters on trails suggested for level 36. Three times I’ve fought these big venomous spiders and three times now I’ve not gained any XP? Anybody any ideas as to why?
Can I assume others had issue with the final boss fight too?
This game really pushes you to go and explore, enjoy the adventure, slowly learning skills, levelling up gear and weapons, all the while Ganon looms as a huge threat over Hyrule.
By the time I saw fit to enter the castle I had fully levelled Barbarian armour and more meals prepped than you could shake a stick at and it all felt like I’d over prepared.
I was fit to walk right up the main path to Ganon, take out all guardians and Lynels along the way and decimate Ganon in about 30 or so minutes. The Ganon fight itself only lasted about 5 and I honestly found the Lynels along the path more of an issue. I was happy to see a second stage for the fight only for it to be massively more underwhelming than the first. Throwing the bow of light at us at the end seems like a null decision considering when the fight is over you continue where you left off before you’d even gotten it. Idk. I just feel let down, the game was incredible, it had me hook, line and sinker. Then this “calamity” turned out to be as dangerous as a wet fart.
