I've been thinking about it since last night, she's just never happy and its bringing me down. I talked to her about it a few months ago and told her about it last night and she just never changes.

I've tried my best to help her get help and communicate with me since I never know what's going on in her mind. I get puberty is most likely one of the reasons for this but I still think that she should tell me what is bothering her ALL OF THE TIME.

It feels like she doesn't really care enough about the relationship to try and help herself. What do i do?

TL;DR: my girlfriend is sad all the time and its bringing me down aswell
