Hello there,

every time i get sick, my tinnitus is raging, or, at least, it's twice the usual disturbance. Wahtever the cold, if my ears are clogged a lot or barely… And every time i got bad days, while i should known the spike is cold related (got his for 25 y now).

I mean, i just had some weeks with praticly no issues (slept without background noise), then again it's a marching band without any other reason than a - very - common cold. Those up and down are really overwhelming

Are you the same or am i personnaly overstressed ?

Hi, fourth try with Zhatan (L/VH), and since Sayl, it's pretty hard to play his campaign : first you kill the chaos guy near you, then war againt Vilitch and pals, then Sayl, then… Tamy, so well… and one of the biggest problem is there is always an hostile settlement in your back

Any advice to stabilise quicky ?
