staring contest
i’ve been at my job for two years, there are different departments and im always on the floor so i frequently exchange few words with this co worker, but we don’t work in the same dept. i often (every shift) catch him staring at me. we lock eyes often and it’s not brief. we’ve never held an actual conversation unless work related but the eye contact is crazy and it’s actually driving me nuts. i thought it was all in my head but at this point i don’t think so. i catch him staring at me a lot and the eye contact we hold lasts so long i’m usually the first to break it. idk it’s been going on for so long and i don’t know what to make of it. i’m more so posting this to see if anyone else agrees that at this point it’s not just a coincidence that i catch him so often locking eyes with me for more than 2 seconds? once again we have never really held a friendly conversation - theres just this weird tension and we lock eyes every timeeee we are in each others vicinity. maybe im delusional
