Seasoned with a brown sugar/ancho chile rub I make, they were on the grill for a bit more than 5 1/2 hours at (mainly) 250F. Temperature was all over the place today - I was out there every 10 min or so adjusting the vents trying to get it to hold. Still turned out really tasty - didn’t need any sauce. Next time I do this, I want to try the 3-2-1 wrap method and see how that compares.
