Thanks to those who chimed in on my last post.

Pulled the trigger on these secondhand 6 Hermanos caiman boots in what I would guess to be cognac, at AUD$150.

Made in Mexico, pretty comfy but I'll still add a gel insole.

Hopefully they last me a fair while (though another pair (or two) of boots will likely be on the cards in the near future).

Hoping someone can shed some light on the "6 Hermanos" brand?

Looking at picking up these boots second hand (we don't have many options here in Aus, picked up my Laredos and Cowtown Boots Alligator and Pythons when I was last in the states 15 years ago).

Google doesn't bring up much unfortunately.
