4 week old bottle baby kitten, 528 grams, has had diarrhea for 5 days since switching from KMR 1st step to 2nd step formula. Started watery green, now improving to muddy brown after 96 hours of plain pumpkin mixed with each feeding. Acting completely normal, playful, eating 16-18 ml every 4 hours with a splash of pedialyte to maintain hydration with the runny stool; gaining weight. No blood, no mucus, no lethargy. No access to immediate vet or transportation. Is this formula transition diarrhea or does she need Metronidazole? Please help.
