Whenever I step outside, my whole body starts to itch. Not really itch as in a mosquito bite, but like hundreds of needles are stabbing me everywhere. It used to be infrequent, but I lost a lot of weight over the last 2 years, so I'm not sure if that's related. I've started to notice this because the past few days, my exams ended midday, so I waited outside under a shaded area. But within seconds, the hot temperature of the surrounding air causes my skin to feel jabs and needles. Literally everywhere. It genuinely hurts and I hate it. There are no visible marks or hives on my skin when that happens. I can't seem to find any condition that matches my symptoms exactly.
