Hi, this is my 10th medication and I was really hoping it would work. I am on week 3 and at 20mg the last two weeks. The first two weeks were ok but this week I can't do anything. Very tired, anxious, negative, avoidant and cold. I know past of it is my fault that I have stopped exercising with the fatigue and depression. Vicious cycle. I don't seem able to push through but know I should and have to. I know I am not at therapeutic dose yet from reading on line. My Dr never mentioned this. I wonder should I push for dose increase, be patient or just give up. Welcome any advice. I was so hopeful but maybe I just need to ride it out.
