burnout
currently going through a launch (4th launch first as a manager) and feeling beyond exhausted. The entire building is understaffed and our attrition is terrible. We started off short handed with leadership and the situation is just getting worse. I find myself struggling to make it through the night without wanting to hit the “Considering leaving amazon” button. I’m struggling with the battle of my mind telling me to push through, suck it up, it has to get better, etc, and my body (i have an autoimmune disease) telling me to take a break.
i’m just wondering if anyone else has made it through a difficult launch and if the wear and tear is worth it in the end.
