So im considering getting into airbnb specifically in blantyre, ive got a one bedroom and a 3 bedroom recent builds on the same compound. Is this a viable investment? Is it worth having short term rentals compared to a long term tenant? I mean this specifically to the blantyre area, do you think the market is too saturated? I would appreciate any advice or tips .
