Canadian Banking Career Advice
I am a branch manager at a Big 5 bank, making 100k annually. I am wondering about switching paths and entering Consulting Firms (big 4) - anyone know about any paths I can follow? Is the income comparable when starting off? Will Canadian Banking experience be an asset or would I have to start from scratch?
I don’t mind the stress and long hours at all, growth is my main goal. Just feel like growth in my current industry is a little stagnant
