Best strategy to make 1.5% per month?

Hey, I have 50,000$ in my IBKR account. It is a margin account and technically let's me trade with 200,000$, but of course that would be very dangerous. But I can trade with 70,000$-80,000$ safely (the cushion is very large).

1.5% of 70,000$ is around 1,000$ which is exactly the amount of money that I need every month.

My question is, what is the best and safest strategy/method to make constantly 1.5% a month and not lose? Safest stocks to do this strategy on them, etc.

I can make it by trading 3 times a month and making 0.5% each time.

I can make it by trading, say, 5 times a month and making 0.3% each time.

I can make it by trading just once and making 1.5% this time.

The question is, what is the safest strategy to do it, which indicators should I use etc.

Since all stocks are very volatile, I think that there is a huge chance for every stock to go up at some point at least 0.3% in a given day. Definitely if the stock goes up. Even if it goes sideways it will go up 0.3% at one point, if it goes down - well that's the dangerous part.

So what is the safest strategy to do that?

Thank you🙏
