Closet Organization

Hi - How do you guys keep your closet organized, as in displaying your best stuff first?

I read a post on here with advice about which brands to keep at the “top” of your closet. How does one do that? They mentioned that certain brands or items at the top cheapens your brand, which totally made sense to me.

From my view on the app, it looks like whatever was shared most recently is at the top. If I share to a kids party, then it’s kid stuff on top. Is this not what the buyer sees?

I would love to have better performing brands at the top, or items that tend to get more likes and views. Is there a way to pin things, or sort by views or something like that?

What do you successful sellers like to do? Sorry if this is a newbie question, I don’t think the platform is super user friendly.

Message about fit

Hi - Not sure how to handle this situation but I know there are some experts on here!

I recently sold two new pairs of shoes in a bundle. One was size 6.5, the other was a size 6. I stated in the listing that I purchased the pair of 6 shoes for my daughter who is a youth 4.5 (which is usually roughly a 6).

I got a message from the buyer that they are way too big, that she is a size 4.5 and these would never fit and I should have put that in the listing. To be honest, I had no idea how they fit. My daughter didn’t like them, so I didn’t have her try them on. Oops. Lesson learned.

Anyway, I don’t think PM takes returns for fit? But also I don’t mind her returning them, other than taking a knock on my stats. Kind of annoying, they were only like $12, but whatever. I also don’t know how that works with a bundle? Can she return just one thing? The bundle was also discounted from an offer if that makes a difference.

What would you guys do? She’s clearly fishing for a refund on these, Im generally open to giving her one, I’m just not sure the proper protocol. Or do I just say sorry and encourage her to reposh? I think if I ignore her she will open a case.
