Any reccomendations for a nice dinner with an ocean view / beachfront seating? Looking for a nice dinner for anniversary

My boyfriend and I are planning to visit in August. What part of Kihei should we stay in to still be walking distance for the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, etc
