I want to start a shoe-laces brand that only sells designer shoe laces. I have noticed that good-colored laces are not easily available online, and the options that are available are too expensive. Based on my thinking, the brand could follow two models:

1. The phone case model: Companies already do this, but I would offer a funkier, better version.
2. The ketchup model: Partner with existing sneaker brands and offer them branded laces.
