Bihar local mein ek hi din mein — bleeding guy se almost fight, aur aunties ne on-spot chain snatcher ko dhoya. Kabhi bore nahi karti yeh train
So today was supposed to be the most uneventful travel day of my life. Me and my mom, coming back from nani's place, waiting at this tiny village station in Bihar. You know the vibe — plastic chairs, one chai wala, two stray dogs, zero interesting things happening.
Then this guy walks up.
Haath pe bloody bandage thi, khoon seep raha tha, aur pant pe bhi khoon ke daag the. Poora dekh ke hi samajh aa gaya ki banda kisi serious situation se guzra hai. He comes directly to me and says "bhaiya bandage khol do."
My mom politely said we don't know how to handle that. Normal response. Situation should've ended there.
But then he goes — "aapse nahi. bhaiya se bol raha hoon."
And something just snapped in me. I clapped back hard, things escalated fast, a gaali slipped out, and suddenly this bleeding, clearly unstable guy is saying "main tujhe maar dunga, log bula lunga."
And my brain, running on pure ego and zero sense, said — "bula le."
Cool. Great. Very smart.
Inside I was genuinely scared. Small station, barely any people around, and this guy had blood on his pants already — maine soch liya tha agar sach mein bande le aaya toh aaj gaya kaam se. For like 2-3 minutes it felt like things could go very wrong very fast.
Then he just walked off. Still cursing. But he left.
Two minutes later my train arrived.
I sat down and just stared at the floor. Because the guy was clearly hurt. Pant tak khoon se bhari thi. He was distressed. And I made it ten times worse because my ego decided that was its moment to shine. Felt genuinely stupid about it.
Anyway. Train moving. Drama over. I thought.
It was not over.
20 minutes in, the next compartment explodes with noise. Full chaos — shouting, thumping, the kind of sound that makes everyone immediately put their phone down.
Ek ladki ne aunty ka chain snatch kar liya tha. Seedha gale se.
Wrong move.
The aunty grabbed her before she could take two steps. And then — bhai, the other aunties in the compartment assembled like they had been waiting their entire lives for this exact moment. The girl was getting dhulai from three directions simultaneously. No warning, no discussion, just raw Bihar aunty justice delivered at full speed.
Chain recovered. Girl handed over to police at the next station. Aunty sat back down, fixed her saree, and looked out the window like she had simply swatted a mosquito.
Bilkul unfazed.
Ek hi din mein ego ki wajah se almost pita, aur Bihar aunties ko live court chalate dekha.
Yahi hota hai Bihar local mein. Kabhi bore nahi hone deti.
