Cooling ideas?

Howdy y'all, I am currently 4 months into living on solar and I am having some doubts about the capabilities of my system to power the AC.

I do know from a previous post here that my system is underpowered for what I need and through my own research I know what I need to do to upgrade it. However, money is tight at this time.

So in the meantime, do you guys have any tricks or gizmos to keep your places cool that won't be a hard draw on solar?

I've got two window units, they're 6000btu, I have them set to run on an eco mode at 74 degrees, so they start and stop, sometimes it only kicks the fan on. I do have an open doorway between the main room and the bedroom that I'm ordering a curtain for on Thursday in the hopes that it will help cool this place down by splitting the rooms. I only run one unit at a time.

I've been struggling with figuring out the right dosages of my vitamins and which days I should take them. Taking the folate and B12 methyl variants every day gives me all the energy I need but the drawback is mainly my mood, as I'm having a hard time controlling it. I get really angry with the methylfolate and it's hard to calm back down.

I bought the seeking health stuff, the hydroxy b12 is only 500 mcg less than the methyl b12 I was using but the folinic acid is 1380 mcg vs the 7500 mcg methylfolate. I used them for 4 days or so before I switched back to methylfolate, the folinic acid just wasn't doing what I needed it to do (no energy) but mentally I felt clearer minded but my anxiety was more persistent. With methylfolate I'm kinda absent minded and constantly having racing thoughts but my anxiety is only at work when I drive and I have energy for the whole day.

Would a higher dose of folinic acid be the ticket? I saw on Amazon there was an 8500 mcg version of it. I've been using the 7500 mcg methylfolate for a few months, that seems to be the proper dosage for me, along with a 2500 quick dissolve b12. Homozygous c677t, and I'm fairly sure I have pernicious anemia as well.
