Scotia, I don't mind the two factor requirement every time I log in, but could you please give us more than a minute to enter it?

Scenario one: I am in my basement office doing banking on my desktop. Cell phone is upstairs because it is not welded to my hip (we also have a land line.) By the time I say "Oh f**K" and go get my phone the minute is over. Have to ask for another code.

Scenario two: I am travelling and not in Canada. Phone is on wifi and service is voip because I don't feel like paying $15 a day for roaming - More than once by the time I received the code and attempted to enter it the minute was over.

I am kind of old fashioned. My landline has a physical Panasonic answering machine. When I travel I use Zadarma VOIP for international long-distance, including calling home to Canada.

My answering machine can be checked remotely by entering a code. I used to be able to check for messages when I called in on Skype, but with Zadarma the machine does not respond when I punch in the number to listen to messages.

Aside from moving to voice mail for the landline, does anyone have any suggestions? (We prefer the answering machine as we can screen unknown callers that way - pick up in mid message if it is someone we want to talk to.)

Looking at satellite images of the beaches at Costa Adeje I see rows of chairs.

Are we able to just spread a towel on the beach away from the chairs or is the beach controlled by the chair owners meaning we have to rent a chair?

At other destinations we just lay down a towel, put our sandals beside the towel and place a bag with a few other items on the towel. We swim, dry off, then leave. We don't need a chair because sitting on the beach is not what we like to do.

The area will be Playa Fanabe.

Can anyone provide some leads on exercise classes for seniors in Orleans?

The senior's club at Roy Hobbs offers exercise classes but is not accepting new members, while my French is not strong enough to follow a class at MIFO.

I am trying to decide between spending four nights in Udan Thani or in Khon Kaen.

Which of these two cities has the better options for tourists? (Temples, culture, nature - not interested in shopping.)

And what is the usual timeline? For example if I sign on the dotted line on Monday for delivery on Wednesday when would they typically expect payment?
