unsure what this is??

hi, im unsure what this bump is in the first photo. i’ve had my belly piercing for 11 months now. i tugged it on my bedsheet about 2 months ago but it didn’t show any signs of rejection or ripping, no bleeding or bruising at the time as well. but for about 6 weeks (2 weeks after i tugged it) this bump has appeared on the top ball part as you can see in photo 1, and im unsure as to why. is it related to me tugging it? is it rejecting? my mum
says it’s because of the ball resting on my skin but i don’t think it is as i would’ve seen it in the 10 months i had it before. i have also gained 11lb/5kg since having it and i have gained fat on my stomach but i do think i still have the correct anatomy for the piercing. please help!
