Hello everyone,

My grandmother is around 79 years old and has diabetes. Over the years, she has been prescribed many medications, and as a family we don’t even know what half of them are for anymore.

She also had an accident many years ago, which left her quite weak, and these days she sometimes struggles to walk or even get to a clinic or hospital.

We’re looking for a doctor who can do home visits in or around the Chandor, Curtorim, or Nessai area. Ideally, we’d like a doctor who can:

* Review all of her medications properly.

* Assess which medicines are still necessary and whether any can be reduced or stopped safely.

* Help simplify her treatment plan while keeping her health conditions well managed.

If anyone knows of a geriatrician, family doctor, or internal medicine doctor who does home visits in South Goa, or has gone through something similar and can offer advice, I would really appreciate your recommendations.
