Spark Deactivation… Please Help?!



At first I got a text saying they couldn't verify my identity so I sent them a selfie, DL and SSI card and now they are saying account falsification that there were discrepancies in my onboarding documents/personal information. So again I sent them a selfie, DL, SSI Card, Insurance, and my registration. I heard from my friend who also drives for Spark that if your documents are expired they will deactivate your account and they will contact you every 6months to upload new documents as proof. I did that and I got this email attached to the next page saying my account is still deactivated. THIS IS DRIVING ME INSANE. Does anyone know what they are looking for? Because they still denied me to drive for them and it's almost been one year that I've been driving with them. Can anyone help? What are they looking for? What do I need to do? Has anyone got this and got their account back? Please help??
