I got these a few days ago. They are just coils.

So I wear something at night. And then I drink a lot of water, get enough sleep, and eating a lot of protein and vitamins. Should grow pretty fast (because my hair also just grows fast)

Wondering if I should wait on hydration and moisturizer until I see my Loctician again in 4 weeks.

I know these kinds look lack luster but idk I am hoping they’ll be fine
