Similarly to others in this subreddit I was roped into their membership I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR.

My cleaner was supposed to be 1 person, 3 people came and did a less than basic clean.

They were quick to take money away from the cleaners to give me a partial refund but refuse to cancel this membership fee without me paying close to $300.

It's disgusting. But I filed an FTC complaint, left Google reviews and a BBB review.

The more complaints filed, the stronger the case for enforcement action.
