ive never worn pads, help.
So i’ve always worn tampons but since im postpartum and my period came, i don’t want to use tampons. and ive been wearing pads, how do i get the middle part from scrunching up ? bc then my blood goes on my underwear,. i feel like im not doing it right lol.
