As for this title states, I'm currently an L4 AM started as a tier one and directly promoted to a tier 4 after 2 years through the campus next program. I was wondering how likely will I be able to transfer into a role that better fits my skill set into a supply chain manager role instead of an area manager role. I'd like to know how that transition worked for individuals that made the transfer. Thanks.
